2. GO EASY

Dry Hopped Pale Ale | ABV: 5.5%

Whirlpooled with loads of Citra and Mosaic, and even more in the dry hop adds juicy notes of mango, ripe nectarines, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Plenty of oats and wheat in the mash lend a gentle sweetness and softness. Carbonation is restrained to keep it crushable and refreshing.

3. PINKY TUSCADERO

Raspberry Lemonade Sour | ABV: 5%

Our classic formula is packed with Fraser Valley raspberries, a touch of lemon, a little dry hop. Lots of oats keep it smooth, and the sourness keeps it zesty.

4. FRUIT BAT

Pineapple Guava Coconut Sour | ABV: 4.9%

Loaded up with heavy quantities of pineapple, guava, and a taste of coconut. Super refreshing and tropical!

5. BUSHWHACKER

West Coast IPA | ABV: 7.3%

A heavy duty west coast IPA hopped well with Simcoe, Motueka, Talus, and Citra Spectrum. Big Dank Notes of fresh pine, lime and grapefruit zest, and a lot of Citra goodness.

6. DILLY DALLY

Double Dry Hopped IPA | ABV: 6.5%

A big juicy double dry hopped IPA loaded up with some of our favourite hazy hops - Citra, Vic Secret, and Sabro. Notes of pineapple, passionfruit, and coconut. Very nice!

7. AL DENTE

Italian Pilsner | ABV: 5%

Molto figo, molto rilassato! Our take on Italian pilsner. Made with fancy barley actually grown in Italy, and dry hopped with choice Euro hops for bright floral and herbal notes. Lagered over 6 weeks, natural and zippy carbonation - it’s crispy and highly refreshing.

8. CHOP WOOD CARRY LAGER

Helles Lager | ABV: 4.5%

Simply put, lager is delicious - and more often than not, it is the beer in the brewer’s glass. A snappy grain bill of high end Euro malt, gently hopped with Hallertau Blanc and Hallertau Mittlefruh - two delicious German hops from the new school and the old school. Blanc imparts a light white grape thing and Mittlefruh brings the classic herbal floral notes.

9. LOST IN THE WOODS (COMING SOON)

West Coast Pale Ale | ABV: 5%

A fresh new west coast pale, dry hopped with two funky new hops from Clayton Hop Farms in NZ, currently known as CIP076 and CIP014, and backed up with a bit of Amarillo, Chinook. Refreshing with a hair of nice malt in the background, and topped with nice notes of orange and pine. No crystal malts.

Blackberry Lavender | Non-alcoholic | GF, vegan

Blackberries are poured directly into our kombucha tanks to allow the acidity of the kombucha to extract all of the berries' complex flavours. Real lavender buds are also infused, giving it a lovely floral aroma and taste.
