We brewed this in collaboration with the Hummingbird Run Club (meet at the brewery - 6:30pm, every Thursday!). We made this beer with hydration in mind with the addition of coconut water (a natural source of potassium and magnesium), fresh lemon juice and zest, and Vancouver Island sea salt. A real quencher!
