West Coast Pale Ale
Our go-to pale ale, but different. We stuck with the same generous Citra and Mosaic dry hop as the original Go Easy recipe, but swapped in a more classic grain bill and West Coast yeast to create a crispier beer overall. Okay, maybe we threw in an extra bag of Columbus in the dry hop to make sure it was extra punchy. Snappier bitterness and zippy carbonation makes make this an ultra refreshing beverage. Very nice!
